2012 Savage Saturday Nights!

Volunteer GMs

Just like last year, we are in need of some fine volunteers to run games at Origins (6/2) and Gen Con (8/18) on Saturday Night from 8pm to midnight.

However, unlike last year, you may enter your own game in the Origins and Gen Con registration systems.  All we need you to do is make sure your event name STARTS with "Savage Saturday Night" and then email us your event number at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it so we can make sure Origins and Gen Con gets all of us scheduled in the same room. Send us:

• Your Name
• Gen Con or Origins Savage Saturday Night
• Your Event Number
• A Contact Number (In case something comes up for SSN only)

Games should be registered by 3/1/2012. Volunteers should be prepared with a game for a minimum of 6 players.

Game sign up will follow the usual Convention event signup procedures available on (Origins or Gen Con websites), so make sure you have spelling correct, and the title and the description are not the same.

Gen Con
Early Event Submission        January 13th – February 6th
Regular Event Submission    February 7th – March 19th
Event Submission Ends        March 19th

Origins
Event Submission                 Now – March 1st

Alternate GMs

If you are interested in being an alternate GM, then we would only ask you to run a game if we had an overflow of people or if a GM had to cancel at the last minute, then send us an email with your game information and we will know that you are available if we need you.  Just send your name, info about your game and your number so we can contact you if necessary on Saturday Night.
